All natural. This soap is a combination of spices commonly used in the West Indies; cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon. It’s really a tribute to my grandma and mom who used these spices every day not just in food. This soap is gives a sudsy and very refreshing bath or shower The ground cloves and nutmeg are the exfoliant in this refreshing soap. These spices are none to have anti-inflammatory. antibiotic. anti-oxidants and antimicrobial and can calm skin.
